ML-based checkbox detection

For a use case in the US real estate market, we would need a model that can detect specific checkboxes in different places on a purchase contract and then classify whether it's checked or not.

In the past couple month, this feature was requested by multiple common clients of ours. A timely implementation would be highly appreciated.
